Manual of ICECREAM CHINA 2009
 

Dear Exhibitors,

We would like to express our gratitude for your participation in ICECREAM CHINA 2009(The 11th China International Ice Cream Industry Exhibition).

In order that all exhibitors could obtain satisfied and on-time service, as well as to ensure the exhibition be carried out successfully and orderly, we hereby compiled this Manual for Exhibitors. It is our best hope that you could use it as your first hand reference and abide by the rules and instruction.

We therefore would like you to read this manual carefully and get familiarized with the exhibiting procedures so that you would be able to complete all of the preparation works in advance.

To avoid any unnecessary trouble during site constructing and exhibiting, please carefully complete all forms in this manual and send it back to the indicated address by mail or fax before the due time. Once you have confirmed these forms with your signature, they will be equal to legal contracts.

In case your company needs more detailed information or further help, please contact the authorized agents (such as the designated transportation agent of the exhibition) directly. You could also contact the organizing committee. While during the exhibition, please contact the service center on site.

We wish you have a successful participation in our upcoming exhibition!

1. Participation Procedure

  1. Fill in the application form and affix an official seal, then post, fax or mail to the organizing committee office.
  2. Once the completed form is received, the organizing committee will send participation confirmation and invoice to the exhibitor
  3. Remit 50% deposit to the appointed bank of organizing committee within one week after signing the application form. The balance should be paid before Oct 1, 2009.
  4. The organizers will send the manual to exhibitors before Oct 4, 2009 (to explain in detail the exposition procedure and precautions, including visa, agenda, exhibits transportation, accommodation and equipment renting, etc.).
  5. Date of setting up and check-in :October 30-31,2009
  6. Date of exhibition session :November 1-4,2009
  7. Date of dismantling: After 11am,on November 4,2008

2. Check in

Time: Oct 30-31, 2009 8:30-17:00
Site: Gateway NO. 9, Hall 2 of Tianjin International Exhibition Center
Procedure: Exhibitor must check in with the check-in certificate in registration place to get exhibitor badge, lunch badge, office stationery, then go for setting up
Remark: Temporary exhibitors or the one who hasn’t settled up all payment couldn’t get the working card till they pay all fees. We will assist you for anything necessary. The organizing committee will not bear responsibility if exhibitors could not set up on time for they don’t settle up all payment in time .At the same time, we offer the service of hotel recommendation and return ticket reservation in registration place

3. Pass

Exhibitor badges: One standard booth can get 3 exhibitor badges for free
Available time: Nov 1-3, 2009 9:00-16:30
Pass for setting up: offered to exhibitors or personnel of special decoration companies
Available time: October 30-31, 2009 8:30-17:00 
Pass for dismantling: offered to exhibitors or personnel of special decoration companies
Available time: After 11 am, on Nov 4, 2009

4. Truck pass

Truck pass will be needed if drive the truck into exhibition hall and the truck is just allowed to drive in the appointed route. Please keep in carefully and put it in visible place in front (please read the appointed route in the backside of the truck pass)

5. Schedule

Setting up: October 30-31, 2009 8:30-17:00 
Show Session: Nov 1-3, 2009 9:00-16:30
Dismantling: After 11 am, on Nov 4, 2009
(Follow the latest confirmed time if the schedule changes)

6. Service center on site (in the front of main entrance, Hall B)

Service Center: offering lease of exhibiting furniture and electrical appliances,
Decoration, advertisement, lettering, printing, water, electricity, the installation and Dismantling of Wall Panel etc
Business Center: providing typing, photocopying, fax, business card printing, binding services and commodity retail.

7. Special decoration

The exhibitors who reserve the raw space can consign the appointed decorative company for the special decoration.

8. Transportation

8.1Domestic exhibitors should arrange the shipment themselves and please notify transportation department of Tianjin International Exhibition Center the arrival time and place .Besides , please offer valid bill of lading, so that we can be responsible for the delivery, storage and delivered goods to the exhibition hall.Exhibitors should pay the charges themselves.
8.2 Truck pass will be needed if drive the truck into exhibition hall and the truck is just allowed to drive in the appointed route (please read the appointed route in the backside of the truck pass)
8.3 large-scale equipment with more than three tons, the length of three meters or the height of 2.7 meters, please fill in exhibiting registration forms and inform the organizing committee in advance. Exhibitors should pay the charges of the crane, forklifts

9. Dismantling: It will start for dismantling after 11 am, on Oct 24, 2009 and please get the go-off permission from Service Center

10. Weather: The temperature of later October in Tianjin is between 5-15° .There will be more difference in temperature morning and evening, and may have occasional strong winds and moderate rainfall. Please prepare clothing appropriate to the weather.
