After years’ effort, ICE CREAM CHINA 2010 is more influent year by year. For ICE CREAM CHINA 2009, there were more than 20000 domestic and 312 international customers who attended our fair, which provide a rare opportunity of communication and exchange for technology equipment.
There were new customers worldwide who joined us just at the beginning of the fair promotion :Italy, Indonesia, Pakistan, Germany , USA etc.Till now, the customers from USA, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Russian ,India, South Africa, Poland etc will attend our upcoming fair.What is more, ITALIAN GELATO UNION who is the guiding landmark of ice cream Indusry also have confirmed the participation .
Italian ice cream is universally hailed as the best in the world. Of the 560,000 tons of ice cream made annually in Italy, more than half is crafted by artisan firms rather than large industrial producers. And the artisans must keep to strict quality guidelines - they can't legally use more than 2% artificial ingredients. Perhaps one of the reasons Italians get ice cream so right is because they got there first. Most food historians agree that ice cream started in Italy.Meanwhile, with Italy ice cream’s entering, our great even will be better and better, more and more professional future!
ICE CREAM CHINA is a well-known professional exhibition and has a high reputation in China, even in Asia. As this great event gained quite lots of No. 1 title, it has been regarded as "miracle”in the food and exhibition industry. ICECREAM CHINA 2010 will be held in Tianjin International Exhibition Center during Oct 25-28,2010 .During the fair, we will held all kinds of technology seminars, besides , we will organize some more forum and technology seminars for the market focuses.
