Exhibit Tips

How to booking a stand

 

1. Consider how much space you ideally require to display your products/services.
2. Check whether this fits within your budget.
3. Select a stand with high traffic flow eg. Near main entrance, on a corner etc.
4. Ask who is on the adjacent stands. Do you wish to be next to competitors?
5. Book early to obtain more choices of stands, and to gain an "early booking" discount(for ICECREAM CHINA 2010, all the exhibitors can be allowed 5% discount if reserve more than 2 standard booths and 10% discount if reserve more than 4 booths before June 21st ,2010).
6. Sign and return the "Application Form" at your earliest convenience, with deposit (for our fair, within a week), to confirm your preferred site.
7. If you require special services eg. Electricity, furniture, water etc, ensure your preferred stand has these.
8. Check whether the exhibiting is classified to different halls ,then choose the right hall.
9. You can consider the stand next to activity areas.

Preparation for pre-exhibition 

                                    

1. Make a plan to deal with special emergency and have a good preparation for promotion during the fair
2. Choose competitive products accorded with nature of the exhibition(All companies related to ice cream products are cordially invited to attend to our fair)
3. Prepare promoting materials: such as catalogue(it will be better for English and Chinese version) ,business card ,poster ,banner etc
4. Consider how to design your stand and fax or e-mail your layout to the organizing committee for auditing before one month when the fair opens
5. Apply for furniture rental if you require special services eg. Electricity, exhibiting furniture, water etc, ensure your preferred stand has these.
6. Define the target clients. Send invitation letter to your current clients and inform your booth NO. and exhibition date .And invite related new clients to visit your stand
7. Pre-promotion :Make ad in show directory or related magazine .Besides, once you confirm the participation in ICECREAM CHINA 2010,we can assist you as follows:


A. Publish your promoting materials in our website (you can offer us the English articles, and then we will translate it into Chinese. And we will publish it in our cooperative domestic media and magazine)
B. Add you link+ logo in our English website.
C. Offer you some contacts of professional buyers if necessary, then we will offer you all related contacts after the fair ends.
D. We can send invitation letter to some of your target customers in advance at your request.


8. Staffing: Good staff will ultimately determine how successful the show is to you.
9. Reserve a hotel and book a ticket in advance
10. Pay attention to the local weather during the period of the fair (The temperature of later October in Tianjin is between 5-15° .There will be more difference in temperature morning and evening, and may have occasional strong winds and moderate rainfall. Please prepare clothing appropriate to the weather.)
